At Bernixe Beauty, we are committed to delivering quality, elegance, and satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We strive for quality and customer satisfaction. However, if a mistake occurs: We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• • Wrong Items: If you receive a wrong item (different from what you ordered), Bernixe Beauty will cover the full cost of return and arrange an exchange.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refund Options: In cases of wrong or damaged items, you can choose between:

    • A replacement (exchange), or
    • A full refund

    Conditions: To qualify for a return or refund:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and unopened
    • It must be in its original packaging
    • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

    Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and product standards:

    • Perfumes that have been opened or sprayed cannot be returned
    • Jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned
    • Beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned
    • Fashion accessories that show signs of use cannot be returned

    Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    Important Notice:

    • We do NOT accept returns based on change of mind
    • Please confirm your order details before payment
    • Slight differences in product appearance may occur due to lighting or screen display
